Getting Started
At VOTELY we try to keep things as simple as possible but if you ever have any questions or need some help, just contact us. We try to reply within hours, not weeks and we certainly won't ghost you.
Create an account and start your free trial #
Trials last for 7 days. There are no restrictions. You can decide if VOTELY is right for you. When your trial ends simply activate your account to continue using VOTELY. No credit card is required to sign up and you can cancel at anytime.
START FREE TRIALAdd your first board #
Create a board for your product, app or service. Boards contain features that users can vote on. You can cusomise and style your boards to match your brand.
Tap the Create button (top right) and then choose Board. If you're creating a board for an Android or iOS app choose the corresponding button to pull the data from the PlayStore or App Store.
Add features to your board #
Features are what users vote on. Give features a title. If you have more details add a description and as an image speaks a 1000 words, add an image.
Tap the create button and add a feature. Only the title is mandatory.
Add status tags #
Status tags allow you to show users what you're working on, what's on your backlog etc. This makes your agile meetings super easy.
Add comments #
Users can comment on features and so can you. Create community and trust by engaging with your users.
You can enable approval on your boards for comments to keep things friendly and safe. You can approve and publish comments from the Home screen.
Share your board #
Now you have a board with all your features it's time to share it with your users. Get the share link and share it on your social channels via email or however you interact with your users.
The share button is on the right of your boards title or tap public view button and share the URL that way.
